BOXmedia provides video marketing strategy, production, and distribution services, including but not limited to:

• The 12-Month Buzz Engine Retainer (£5,000–£10,000/month)
• The Buzz Audit (£47 digital product)
• The Content That Converts Playbook (free digital download)

The specific terms of any paid engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

The Pipeline Guarantee

Where a pipeline guarantee is referenced in our marketing materials or service documentation, it is subject to the following conditions: the client must provide agreed inputs on time, the ad spend floor must be met, and BOXmedia must have full access to agreed platforms and assets. Full guarantee terms are detailed in the relevant Service Agreement.

4. Application Process

Submitting an application via this website does not constitute a contract or commitment on either side. We review all applications and contact candidates where we believe there is a fit.

We accept a maximum of 5 Launch Partnership clients per quarter. Applying does not reserve a slot. A slot is only confirmed when a Service Agreement is signed and a deposit is received.

5. Digital Products

The Buzz Audit (£47)

Payment is processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. The Buzz Audit is a digital product delivered by email. Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not available once the audit has been delivered.

If you do not receive your audit within 2 business days of payment, contact us at rashpal@boxmedia.tv.

The Content That Converts Playbook (Free)

By downloading the Playbook, you agree to receive follow-up emails from BOXmedia. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and video — is the property of BOXmedia Studios Ltd or our clients and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Video content produced for clients under a service agreement remains subject to the IP terms in that agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement, BOXmedia retains ownership of all creative output until full payment is received.

7. VAT

All prices quoted on this website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable. BOXmedia Studios Ltd is VAT registered in the United Kingdom.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOXmedia Studios Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from reliance on content published on this website
• The content or availability of third-party websites linked from this site

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under English law.
